Delete your account
You can delete your 1 in a Billion account from inside the app, or request deletion from this page if you no longer have access to the app.
Delete from the app
Open 1 in a Billion and go to Settings -> Account Deletion. Confirming deletion signs you out and permanently removes the account data associated with your app account.
Request deletion from the web
Email support@1-in-a-billion.app from the email address used for your account. If you cannot email from that address, include the account email and we will verify ownership before deleting anything.
Please do not send birth data, photos, or other sensitive details in the first email. We only need enough information to identify and verify the account.
What gets deleted
- Your account profile and sign-in identity in our active app systems.
- Birth details, people you added, preferences, and generated readings.
- Generated text, audio, PDFs, uploaded photos, portraits, and app storage linked to your account.
- Local app data is cleared when deletion is completed from inside the app.
What may remain
Apple, Google, and RevenueCat may retain purchase records needed for billing, refunds, fraud prevention, tax, and audit obligations. We may also retain limited security logs or legal records where required. These records are not used to recreate your deleted app account.
Timing
Active account data is deleted within 30 days after a verified deletion request. Backups and operational logs are rotated out within 90 days. If you only want to delete specific data rather than the whole account, email support and describe the request.
