1 in a Billion can create long waits, purchase anxiety, inaccurate outputs from wrong birth data,
intense emotional reactions, and messy consequences when people take a reading too literally.

When you write, include your account email, device type, what you bought, and what happened.
If the issue is tied to a reading job, include the Job ID from the Live Job Status screen if it is visible.
If a reading hits too hard
Pause before acting on it. The app generates AI-based symbolic interpretations for reflection and
entertainment. It is not medical, psychological, legal, financial, or relationship advice.
If a reading leaves you distressed, do not use it as the basis for an urgent life decision.
Step away, ground yourself, talk to a trusted human being, and if needed seek qualified professional support.
Your reading is taking too long
Generation time depends on what you bought.
- Smaller reading packages can be ready in around 10 minutes.
- The largest full packages can take up to about 10 hours.
- Internet is required for generation.
- You should receive a notification when the reading is ready.
If the job looks stuck well past the expected window, email support with the Job ID, the system, and the names involved.
You paid and nothing unlocked
Purchases and subscriptions are handled by Apple App Store or Google Play.
If content did not arrive, contact support first so we can try to redeliver or resolve it.
- Tell us which tier or package you bought.
- Tell us whether the issue is on iPhone or Android.
- Refund decisions follow Apple or Google platform rules.
The reading feels wrong
Wrong birth date, time, or city can produce wrong results.
The app does not verify the accuracy of the data you enter.
- Check the birth data before you generate again.
- If the issue comes from a specific person or partner entry, include those names in your email.
- If something looks like a technical bug rather than interpretation, send a screenshot.
You need the files offline
Once generated, readings are saved on your device.
PDFs can be downloaded for offline reading, and audio is cached after first playback.
If text arrived but audio or PDF did not, tell support which artifact is missing.
Another user crossed a line
If a match or message feels harassing, threatening, abusive, or unsafe, stop engaging and contact support.
- Include screenshots if possible.
- Include the other user's name or any identifying context visible in the app.
- Do not share more personal information with that user while waiting.
You want your data removed
Go to Settings, then Delete Account.
This removes your account data, including birth data, readings, photos, and portraits within 30 days.
If the in-app flow fails or you need help finishing deletion, email support from the account you want removed.
How to cancel a subscription
Subscriptions are managed through your platform account settings.
- iPhone: Settings, Apple ID, Subscriptions, 1 In A Billion, Cancel
- Android: Google Play Store, Subscriptions, 1 In A Billion, Cancel
