These terms govern your use of the 1 in a Billion app and website. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to the terms below. The service is operated by SwiftBuy Solutions LLC, Dubai, UAE.
1 in a Billion is a personality and astrology reading app. You create an account, provide birth details and personality-quiz answers, and the app generates written and narrated readings, audio soundscapes, and deep-matching overlays across five symbolic systems.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping access to your device, credentials, and account secure. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum digital-consent age in your country) to create an account.
Paid readings, tier upgrades, and subscriptions are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play, depending on platform. Store billing, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are governed by the platform terms. Manage or cancel subscriptions from your Apple ID or Google Play account settings.
Readings are interpretive and generative. They are intended for reflection, storytelling, and personal insight. They are not medical, legal, financial, or mental-health advice, and should not be relied on as a substitute for professional services. Generated content may contain errors, omissions, or outputs that are unexpected.
If content appears inaccurate, harmful, or inappropriate, use the in-app report option or contact support@1-in-a-billion.app.
The app, its name, its interface, its prompt architecture, and the original written and narrated content produced by it are the intellectual property of Forbidden Yoga / SwiftBuy Solutions LLC, or are used under license. You retain ownership of the personal information you provide; by using the app you grant us a limited license to process that information solely to deliver the service.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Forbidden Yoga, SwiftBuy Solutions LLC, and our service providers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total aggregate liability is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or twenty US dollars.
We may suspend or terminate access for conduct that violates these terms, applicable law, or threatens the integrity of the service. You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time from in-app settings or by contacting support.
We may update these terms as the service evolves. The effective date at the top of the page reflects the most recent version.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Nothing in these terms limits any non-waivable consumer rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence.
