You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Michael Wogenburg and 1 in a Billion from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your participation, violation of these terms, or infringement of any rights of third parties.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, U.A.E.
