1 in a Billion is operated by SwiftBuy Solutions LLC, Dubai, UAE ("Forbidden Yoga", "we", "us"). This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and how to contact us with privacy questions.

Information we collect

Account details you provide, such as email address and name.
Birth data — date, approximate time, and location of birth — used to generate your astrological chart and readings.
Personality-quiz answers, reading requests, generated text, and generated audio narrations.
Profile photos you choose to upload.
Purchase and entitlement information from Apple App Store, Google Play, or RevenueCat.
Basic technical logs (IP, device type, timestamps) needed to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the service.

How we use information

To generate your personality and astrology readings and narrated audio.
To save and retrieve your profile, history, and reading library across devices.
To process purchases and confirm access to paid content.
To respond to support, privacy, and technical requests.
To improve stability, reliability, and fraud prevention.

How information is handled

Some data is stored locally on your device; some is processed by our backend infrastructure and vetted service providers. We do not sell your personal data. We do not share your personal data with third parties for their own advertising or marketing.

Third-party service providers

Supabase — authentication and reading database.
Fly.io — backend hosting.
Anthropic, OpenAI, Google Vertex, DeepSeek — AI providers used to generate reading text.
Minimax, Fish Audio, RunPod — text-to-speech providers for narration.
Apple App Store and Google Play — payment and subscription processing.
RevenueCat — subscription entitlement reconciliation.
Resend — transactional email delivery.
Netlify — website and static asset hosting.
Google Analytics — aggregated, anonymized website traffic analysis.

Data retention

Account and reading data is retained while your account is active. If you request deletion, we remove your account record, birth details, and generated readings from our active backend systems within 30 days. Operational logs are retained for up to 90 days, then rotated. Purchase receipts may be retained longer where required by tax and audit obligations.

Your choices and rights

You can delete account data from in-app Settings, or contact us to request help with access, correction, export, or deletion: support@1-in-a-billion.app.

GDPR (EU / EEA / UK)

If you are in the EU, EEA, or UK, you have the following rights regarding your personal data: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, and the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. Our legal basis is contract performance (to deliver the service you requested), legitimate interests (to secure and improve the service), and consent where required.

CCPA / CPRA (California)

California residents have the right to know, delete, correct, and opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, and the right to non-discrimination for exercising these rights. We do not sell personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Children

The app is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the service evolves. The effective date at the top of the page reflects the most recent version.
